Work with a passionate, purpose-driven team. Key Responsibilities Engage with homeowners and business owners to introduce our services, highlight benefits, and address any concerns. Deliver engaging and consultative sales presentations to prospective clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Prospect and generate new leads through door-to-door canvassing and other proactive methods. Manage multiple clients simultaneously while staying organized and detail-oriented. Conduct comprehensive roof inspections for residential and commercial properties to assess conditions, identify damage, and recommend necessary repairs. Document inspection findings with photos and detailed notes to provide accurate information for clients and internal teams. Assist in preparing detailed reports and estimates based on inspection results. Collaborate closely with sales and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution. Attend on-site visits to understand customer needs and deliver outstanding service.
Qualifications:
Outgoing, confident, and self-motivated with a passion for success. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain client trust. Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking effectively. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Comfortable working outdoors, inspecting roofs, and safely climbing ladders. Sales experience is preferred but not required—we provide comprehensive training for the right candidates. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
