Job Description

Our client, a heavy equipment sales company, is looking for a Sales Representative. Your responsibilities will include conducting sales activities, including net-new lead generation, prospecting existing CRM contacts, and closing deals. This role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients, providing product demonstrations and presentations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
    Product Knowledge:
    Thoroughly understanding the excavator attachments you're selling, including their features, benefits, and applications. This knowledge will enable you to effectively communicate with customers and address their needs.
      Prospecting and Lead Generation:
      Identifying potential customers within your territory or target market through research, networking, and cold calling.
        Customer Relationship Management:
        Establishing and nurturing relationships with existing and prospective customers. This includes conducting meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of your excavator attachments.
          Sales Negotiation and Closing:
          Negotiating pricing, terms, and contracts with customers to secure sales. You'll need to be skilled in overcoming objections and persuading customers to make a purchase.
            Market Analysis:
            Monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt your sales strategies accordingly. This involves staying informed about new products, technologies, and developments in the excavator attachments market.
              Administrative Tasks:
              Managing paperwork, such as sales contracts, quotes, and invoices. Maintain a clean and up to date action stream.
                After-Sales Support:
                Providing support and assistance to customers after the sale, such as offering technical advice, troubleshooting issues, and facilitating warranty claims or repairs. Reach out to current client list for check ins. Qualifications
                • Strong sales skills and experience in B2B sales
                • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
                • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
                • Knowledge of the construction, utility, or excavation industries
                • Familiarity with heavy equipment attachments
                • Ability to understand and explain technical product features
                • Negotiation and closing skills
                • Self-motivated and results-oriented
                • Strong organizational and time management skills
                • Ability to work independently and remotely
                • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

                Full-time Pay:
                $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
