We are seeking an Inside Sales Support professional to assist its sales team with strong potential to convert to a full-time role for a well-established manufacturing company in Dayville. This is an onsite position supporting day-to-day sales operations. Candidates available to start immediately and interview right away are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the inside sales team Process customer orders, quotes, and related sales documentation accurately and on time Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, pricing, and product availability Coordinate with internal departments (production, shipping, customer service) to ensure smooth order fulfillment Maintain and update customer account records and sales data in company systems Assist with preparing sales reports, correspondence, and follow-up communications Support the sales team with general tasks to help maintain continuity during the transition. All, in a Manufacturing Environment.

Requirements:

Previous experience in inside sales support, customer service, or a similar administrative role in a Manufacturing Environment.
