Summary:
We are seeking a talented and ambitious Automotive Sales Executive to join our automotive group as we are grow the business to become the #1 New and Used Ford Dealer in the state. We offer an exceptional pay plan, and training to help you earn what you deserve.
Key Responsibilities:
Commit to becoming an auto sales expert and gain in-depth knowledge of vehicles and technology. Own every aspect of the sales process (from new client prospecting to vehicle delivery). Assist guests in determining their needs and wants. Provide exceptional guest experience to drive loyalty. Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction utilizing a computerized system. Complete quotes and explain leasing/finance options for new and used vehicles.
Skills & Traits:
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Ability to set and achieve targeted goals. Outgoing personality with expertise in creating/building relationships. Basic computer, email and internet proficiency. Written and Verbal communication skills. Strong presentation skills Bilingual (very beneficial)
