Enrollment Associate Responsibilities:
Conduct in-home consultations with customers to present Leafguard solutions. Set and confirm appointments with homeowners. Build rapport and trust through professional, customer-focused interactions. Deliver persuasive presentations that highlight product benefits. Negotiate and close sales for our customers with confidence. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales outcomes. Collaborate with other Enrollment Associate team members to achieve collective goals. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Enrollment Associate Qualifications:
Proven ability to connect with customers and build relationships. Strong presentation and negotiation skills. Prior experience as an Enrollment Associate is highly desirable Competitive spirit with a focus on achieving results. Ability to manage multiple appointments and follow-ups. Experience in home improvement, customer service or direct sales preferred. Professional appearance and demeanor. Resilience, adaptability, and a drive to succeed.
