What you'll do: ✔ Build relationships with insurance adjusters, agents, property managers, plumbers, and more ✔ Make calls, conduct in-person meetings, site visits, lunches & drop-ins ✔ Represent the company at networking events and industry functions ✔ Some after-hours and weekend events — this business runs on relationships ✔ Track activity in CRM and coordinate with our ops team What we're looking for: ✔ Sales or business development experience — restoration, insurance, or construction preferred ✔ Existing CT industry contacts?
