Executive Automotive Sales Consultant Stafford Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is growing and looking for a dedicated, hardworking Executive Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team. Candidates must have previous Automotive Sales experience to be considered for this role. $6k Sign-on Bonus available for the right candidate.

Automotive Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Become an automotive sales expert and gain in-depth knowledge of Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles and technology
- Build lasting relationships with customers and provide an exceptional purchase experience
- Conduct professional test drives with customers to demonstrate industry-leading features and capabilities
- Complete quotes and explain options for New and Used vehicles
- Follow up with prospective customers and return emails / voicemails promptly
- Build lasting relationships with customers and provide an exceptional purchase experience
- Work with customers throughout the entire sales process, from initial contact through delivery
- Maintain consistent communication with customers and utilize dealership systems to manage leads and follow-up
- Meet or exceed individual and dealership sales goals
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude while representing the dealership and our brands
Automotive Sales Job Requirements:
- Previous automotive sales experience is required; CDJR experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer skills and ability to learn dealership software
- Ability to follow a proven sales process
- Professional dress and appearance
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation
- Desire to establish a long-term career in automotive sales
