The ideal candidate is knowledgeable, customer-focused, and motivated to build lasting relationships with professional contractors, remodelers, and homeowners. Essential Responsibilities Provide inside sales support for lumber and building materials. Conduct job site visits, showroom appointments, estimating, and installation coordination. Develop and maintain relationships with professional builders, remodelers, and do-it-yourself customers. Prepare accurate quotes for lumber, decking, windows, doors, and other building materials. Process special orders and ensure timely follow-up with customers. Troubleshoot customer questions and resolve issues professionally. Maintain an organized, attractive showroom. Pull merchandise for customer pickup and delivery orders. Coordinate deliveries by providing accurate delivery instructions. Process customer deposits and payments accurately. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of inside sales experience in the lumber and building materials industry. Strong knowledge of building materials, trim, moulding, interior and exterior millwork, doors, and windows. Ability to read blueprints is a plus. Experience using computer-based POS systems. Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills. Professional phone etiquette. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Ability to accurately handle cash, credit card transactions, and customer payments. Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. when necessary. Ability to sit and stand for extended periods. Team-oriented with a positive attitude and a long-term commitment to success. Schedule Full-time position. Saturdays as needed. Closed every Sunday. Benefits Competitive pay. 401(k) Retirement Plan.
