Overview:

As a New Home Sales Consultant you can impact the lives of our Customers. While working in a Professional Environment, you can build a financially rewarding 6-figure sales career. You will have an office in one of our beautiful models to conduct your sales from. You will develop new customers into homebuyers by building relationships and demonstrating the quality and value of a new home from 4 Shore Homes. Your exceptional relationship skills, problem solving, and strong closing skills will help you achieve and exceed your sales goals.

Duties:

• Meet & Greet new customers, establish rapport, conduct needs analysis & create cost estimate
• Show Model Homes
• Design home plans to meet customer needs
• Guide customer through the purchase process from contract to financing to home building to walk through and move-in
• Deliver superior customer service to customers
• Work with financial institutes to obtain retail loans best suited for each customer
• You will be the primary contact for our customers

Experience:

• Sales Experience (5 years)
• Professional communication & relationship building skills
• Exceptional organization skills
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented and able to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team
• New Home Sales
• Proficient computer skills
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation to travel to building sites.
