BUILD A CAREER IN SALES

Cornerstone Roofing is looking for motivated Outside Sales Representatives to join our growing team. No previous sales experience required. We provide the training, coaching, and hands-on support you need to become a successful sales professional. You'll work directly with homeowners, help identify roofing and exterior needs, and guide customers through the process of finding the right solution for their home.

Meet with homeowners and identify roofing needs Conduct property inspections and consultations Educate homeowners on roofing solutions Present recommendations and project options Build relationships and provide an exceptional customer experience Follow up with customers and manage your sales pipeline Work toward individual sales and performance goals

Motivated and goal-oriented Coachable and willing to learn Strong communication skills Professional and dependable Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required

$75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
