We are seeking a Lead Retail Sales Associate to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in a retail setting in order to drive company revenue. In addition to standard duties as a sales associates, leads assist management in store operations, act as key holder, and help support and train our sales associates to be their very best! We are accepting applicants for this position at our New Castle location.

Responsibilities:

Welcome and identify customer needs Explain products and services to customers Monitor inventory to ensure the product is in stock Enter and process customer orders Investigate and resolve customer complaints Act as manager on duty as needed Key holder

Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields Previous furniture sales experience Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Ability to build rapport with customers Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong negotiation skills

Compensation:

Base pay is hourly determined by experience. Plus commission based on sales goals and bonus opportunities!
