Full Job Description Job Overview Position:

Inside Sales Agent We are seeking a driven, money-motivated Inside Sales Agent with experience cold-calling business owners. Ideal candidates come from insurance sales, merchant processing, call centers, or any high-volume outbound sales environment. You will be responsible for generating leads, calling business owners, assessing funding needs, and providing available financing options. Responsibilities Make high-volume outbound calls to business owners daily Follow up with warm leads and existing company contacts Qualify prospects and identify funding needs Present Fusion Capital's business financing solutions Maintain accurate notes and follow-up tasks in our CRM Work on-site from our Aventura office Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets Requirements Inside sales or insurance sales experience preferred Must have cold-calling experience Strong communication and negotiation skills Motivated, coachable, and competitive Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment Must be able to work in-person from our Aventura location Compensation This position is 100% commission-based with no cap on earning potential . Top agents regularly earn $5,000-$15,000+ per month , depending on performance.
