Answer inbound calls, chats, and web forms.Evaluate & Advise:
Run a phone case evaluation to confirm legal fit and urgency.Quote & Close:
Present flat or phased fees, handle objections confidently, offer financing, and secure payment on the first call.Execute Contracts:
Generate and send contracts via Conga/DocuSign, ensuring immediate signature. Smooth Hand‑off: Warm‑transfer signed cases to the assigned attorney and case manager, staying available for expert‑level follow‑ups. Own theData:
Keep crystal‑clear notes in Salesforce and update KPI dashboards daily. Follow‑upLike A Pro:
Run follow-up call/text/email cadences for prospects who haven't signed yet.Collaborate:
