Sales Representative
Boca Raton, FL Direct-Hire $50000.00 - $51000.00 Onsite Job Description Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will make outbound calls to qualified leads generated through advertising and marketing efforts, build relationships with prospective clients, and help individuals find solutions to eliminate overwhelming debt through referrals to a panel of three prestigious attorneys. This is an excellent opportunity for sales professionals who are comfortable on the phone, enjoy helping people, and are looking to earn significant commission income. Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients from company-provided leads
Follow up with marketing and advertising-generated inquiries
Build and maintain a growing book of business
Consult with prospective clients regarding debt relief options
Explain available programs and benefits clearly and professionally
Qualify clients and refer eligible individuals to a panel of experienced debt resolution attorneys
Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly performance goals
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Qualifications
6 months to 1 year of phone sales experience required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
Ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Goal-oriented and driven to succeed in a commission-based environment
