Used Car Salesperson - Bilingual Mandatory Bonita Springs, Florida Commission-Based Position | Dealership Just Opened We are seeking an experienced and motivated used car salesperson to join our growing team at a brand-new dealership opening in Bonita Springs. This is an opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a fast-moving dealership focused on quality inventory, strong customer service, and modern automotive sales.

What We're Looking For:

Previous automotive sales experience

REQUIRED

Experience with Dealer Center DMS Bilingual (English/Spanish) Necessary Strong communication and closing skills Motivated, self-driven, and dependable Professional appearance and attitude Finance experience is a major plus Social media/online lead experience is a must Valid driver's license required

Responsibilities:

Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles Handle internet leads and showroom traffic Build relationships and generate repeat business Work deals from greeting to delivery Help maintain lot presentation and inventory knowledge Follow up with customers professionally and consistently
