75,000+ About Alpha Drive AI Alpha Drive AI is an AI-powered call handling and appointment-setting platform built for automotive dealerships. Our technology answers, qualifies, and converts inbound and outbound dealership calls at scale, on the service drive and beyond, and our team supports roughly 300 active rooftops across the country. We are in a high-growth phase, expanding our sales organization across new territories every month. Call handling is the single biggest bottleneck standing between a dealership's service lane and the revenue sitting inside it, and our reps carry that message directly to the people who feel that bottleneck every day: Dealer Principals, GMs, GSMs, and Fixed Operations Directors. Position Summary The Sales Development Representative is the front end of Alpha Drive AI's revenue engine. This role exists to Drive High Quality Activity (DHQA): consistent, high-quality outreach that produces a steady flow of confirmed, well-qualified meetings for our Account Executives, not just calendar invites. The SDR is responsible for generating qualified appointments with dealership decision-makers, and delivering those appointments in a state where they are confirmed, informed, and likely to close. This is a high-activity, high-accountability role. Success is measured in completed meetings, not dials, not conversations, and not calendar invites. An SDR who books thirty meetings and holds fifteen has not done the job. The standard is a meeting that happens, with a decision-maker who shows up expecting to be there. Core Responsibilities 1. Territory Ownership & Outbound Prospecting Partner with Account Executives to divide and prioritize territory coverage so outreach never overlaps or leaves gaps Execute daily outbound calling, email, and social outreach against assigned dealership territories and target account lists Meet the minimum activity standard of 125 net-new contacts acquired and loaded into HubSpot per week Work assigned lists in full; cherry-picking accounts or ceasing dials before the prescribed attempt cadence is a performance issue, not a judgment call Participate in West Coast evening calling blocks as scheduled to reach decision-makers in Pacific and Mountain time zones Research every account before dialing: rooftop count, brand mix, group affiliation, current vendor stack, and known pain points Own a meaningful share of ongoing account and contact-data scrubbing for the territory, carrying a larger share of this than the AE 2. Multi-Channel, Multi-Role Cold Outreach Run outreach across all three channels for every target stakeholder in an account: email, LinkedIn, and cold calling Every dealership or dealer group has multiple key decision-makers; every role gets touched, every quarter, not just the easiest contact to reach Work every stakeholder in a company before moving to the next account, in this order: Fixed Operations Director- > General Sales Manager / Service Manager
- > General Manager / Dealer Principal
- > Additional group executive(s) 3.
