We take pride in professional service, reliable installations, and helping customers find the right backup power solution for their property. Job Overview We are hiring an experienced generator salesperson who lives in the Palm Beach or Broward County area. You will meet with prospective customers, assess their backup power needs, develop accurate proposals, and guide them from the first conversation through the signed sale. The company currently provides approximately 80 qualified leads per month. We are looking for someone who can follow up promptly, earn customers' trust, and close business while keeping the customer experience strong. Responsibilities Respond promptly to company-provided leads and schedule consultations across Palm Beach and Broward Counties. Visit customers, assess the site and power needs, and explain generator and installation options clearly. Prepare and present proposals, address questions, follow up consistently, and close sales. Keep lead status, customer notes, proposals, and next steps current in the company CRM. Coordinate with the office and installation team so the scope and customer expectations are accurately handed off. Build referrals through a professional, helpful customer experience. What We're Looking For Proven experience selling standby generators, including in-home consultations and closing sales. Working knowledge of residential generator applications, installation considerations, and common customer questions. Strong communication, follow-up, organization, and proposal skills. Comfortable traveling to customer appointments throughout Palm Beach and Broward Counties. Residence in the Palm Beach or Broward County area and a valid driver's license. Ability to use a CRM, laptop, and phone to manage an active sales pipeline. What We Provide Approximately 80 company-provided qualified leads per month, based on current lead volume.
