Job Summary Green Home Improvements Plus is looking for experienced in-home sales professionals who can self-generate business while also having the opportunity to run company-provided leads. This is a commission-based sales opportunity with uncapped earning potential for experienced closers who want flexibility, strong commissions, and the tools to build their own book of business. Responsibilities Run in-home appointments, present quotes, and close sales Self-generate business through your own prospecting and referral efforts Run qualified company-provided opportunities when available Educate homeowners and leave every customer better informed Represent the company, installation teams, and support staff professionally Utilize our proprietary CRM, digital business card, referral app, and team communication tools What We're Looking For Proven closing ability In-home sales experience preferred Self-motivated and comfortable generating business Strong communication and follow-up skills Integrity and professionalism Compensation Commission-based with uncapped earning potential Self-generated sales: up to 25% commission Company-provided leads: 10% commission Experienced producers have the opportunity to earn significant income based entirely on individual sales production.
