We are looking for an Accessories Specialist who is passionate about trucks, customization, and sales to help grow the 662 Customs brand. Position Overview The Accessories Specialist will work directly with customers to design, quote, and sell custom truck and vehicle upgrades. This position requires someone who can understand what a customer wants, recommend the right products, and turn those ideas into complete accessory packages. The ideal candidate has a strong interest in customized trucks and SUVs, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to confidently sell aftermarket products. Key Responsibilities Sell and promote aftermarket truck and automotive accessories Build and quote complete lift kit, wheel, and tire packages Sell suspension upgrades, leveling kits, and other truck modifications Coordinate and sell custom paint and appearance packages Sell window tint and related vehicle appearance products Recommend lighting, steps, bed accessories, towing accessories, and other aftermarket products Work directly with customers to design customized vehicle builds Follow up with customers on quotes and sales opportunities Work with Conley Auto Group sales departments to offer accessories to new and pre-owned vehicle customers Develop accessory packages for trucks currently in dealership inventory Coordinate ordering, installation, and completion of sold accessories Maintain relationships with accessory manufacturers, distributors, and vendors Stay current on new products, trends, fitments, and popular truck builds Ensure customers receive accurate pricing and realistic installation timelines Help grow the 662 Customs brand through customer relationships, referrals, and social media opportunities Photograph and help showcase completed builds for marketing and social media Maintain a clean, professional showroom and customer experience Products & Services The Accessories Specialist will sell and coordinate products including: Lift Kits & Leveling Kits Custom Wheels & Tires Suspension Upgrades Window Tint Custom Paint & Color-Matched Components Running Boards & Power Steps Bed Covers & Bed Accessories Bumpers & Grille Guards Lighting & LED Upgrades Fender Flares Performance & Exhaust Accessories Towing Accessories Interior Accessories Custom Appearance Packages Additional truck, SUV, and automotive accessories Qualifications Strong sales and customer service skills Passion for trucks, automotive customization, and aftermarket accessories Knowledge of wheels, tires, suspension, lift kits, and truck accessories preferred Ability to communicate professionally with customers and vendors Strong organizational and follow-up skills Comfortable building quotes and explaining different product options Basic computer and point-of-sale/CRM skills Valid driver's license Automotive or aftermarket accessory sales experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate What We're Looking For We want someone who can do more than simply take an accessory order.
