About GritShift GritShift exists to help shape the future of EV powersports by educating and equipping riders for the next generation of off-road adventure. We create innovative solutions to real riding problems and confidently support the products we sell through firsthand experience. Our team works hard, rides harder, and is committed to making electric powersports more accessible to all types of riders. The Role Do you love to ride? Have you been waiting for an opportunity to turn something you genuinely enjoy into a career? GritShift is looking for a Customer Support and Sales Specialist who knows bikes, understands riders, and wants to be part of the electric powersports community. You'll spend your day helping customers choose the right bikes, parts, and upgrades, answering technical questions, and troubleshooting problems. You'll also have opportunities to get out from behind the desk for weekend rides, product testing, events, and content filming with the GritShift team. Maybe you've worked in the industry, sold or repaired bikes, built and modified your own, or spent your free time riding just because you love it. However you gained your experience, we want you to bring that passion and knowledge to GritShift. We'll teach you our products and systems—you bring confidence around bikes, excitement for riding, and the ability to connect with people who love it too. If talking bikes, helping riders build the right setup, and occasionally spending your weekend riding with the GritShift team sounds more like fun than work, you may be exactly who we're looking for. What You'll Do Help customers choose compatible bikes, parts, and upgrades. Answer questions and provide basic installation and troubleshooting support. Manage orders, warranties, returns, replacements, and customer follow-ups. Communicate with customers and GritShift's internal and external partners. Join occasional weekend rides, events, product testing, and content filming. What We're Looking For Hands-on knowledge of e-bikes, dirt bikes, motorcycles, or powersports. Familiarity with bike parts, maintenance, fitment, and upgrades. Strong customer-service, sales, communication, and follow-through skills. Comfortable riding, learning new products, and participating in weekend activities. What Success Looks Like You help customers purchase the right products, provide accurate guidance, communicate honestly, and follow issues through completion. You are equally comfortable helping a first-time rider, troubleshooting a bike problem, recommending an upgrade, and joining the GritShift team for a weekend ride.
