Noland's specializes in roofing, roof replacement and repairs, we are professionals at identifying storm damage as well as providing, Solar, windows and other home services. The Field Sales Representative

• Roofing drives revenue by prospecting for new customers in the field, inspecting residential or commercial roofs for damage, and presenting tailored repair or replacement solutions.

This field-based role requires climbing ladders, managing insurance claims, building client relationships, and closing contracts. Key responsibilities include prospecting new leads, conducting site inspections, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do Customer Acquisition:

Generate leads through door-knocking/canvassing, networking and following up on company-provided leads; the ideal candidate has extensive experience generating their own leads

Roof Inspections:

Climb ladders to inspect, measure, and take photos of roofing systems to determine damage or repair needs. Pay & Benefits Weekly Pay

• All Roofing Sales Associates must comply with company vehicle and safety policies

Typical Work Environment:

Physical Activity:

Extensive walking and standing for long durations are required to reach client sites, navigate job sites, and attend trade shows or other industry events. Climbing on ladders and roofs.

Environmental Exposure:

Exposure to various outdoor weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold, is expected.

Travel:

The team members will report to a designated company meeting location at the start of each shift. From there, The Field Sales Representative will be provided transportion in a company vehicle to assigned territories.

Physical Effort:

Must be able to carry and transport sales materials, product samples, and other equipment as needed, and may need to lift up to 50 pounds. Why Join Us?
