About Us Coconut Creek Mazda is one of the highest-volume Mazda dealerships in the country, operating under new ownership with a clear focus: performance, accountability, and growth. We are not looking for beginners. We are building a team of proven automotive sales professionals who know how to work leads, follow a process, and close deals. Who We're Looking For Experienced Automotive Sales Consultants ONLY Professionals who are disciplined, process-driven, and know how to convert traffic into deals Individuals who can handle high lead volume and maximize every opportunity If you're average, this is not the place. If you produce, you will thrive here. What You'll Do Work company-provided internet and phone leads (no cold guessing) Handle inbound showroom traffic and scheduled appointments Execute a full follow-up process (call, text, email) on every lead Sell the appointment, drive showroom traffic, and close deals Maintain CRM discipline with accurate notes and activity Work directly with management on TOs and deal structure Daily Performance Expectations (Non-Negotiable) 100+ calls per day 40+ emails per day 50+ text messages per day Consistent appointment setting and confirmations Strong show rate and closing ratio This is a high-activity, high-performance environment. What We Provide Consistent flow of qualified leads (internet + phone) Aggressive pricing and inventory to help you close Hands-on management support (TOs, desking, deal structure) Proven processes that drive results Opportunity to earn at a high level based on performance Qualifications Automotive sales experience
