Solutions Painting is a growing residential and commercial painting company serving South Florida. We are looking for a motivated, professional, and results-driven Bilingual Sales Representative / Project Consultant to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and turning opportunities into successful projects. Painting or construction experience is a plus, but not required. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

Meet with residential and commercial clients Conduct on-site project consultations and measurements Understand client needs and project scope Prepare and present professional estimates Consistently follow up with leads and open estimates Build relationships with homeowners, property managers, and commercial clients Close sales and contribute to company revenue goals Maintain accurate customer and sales information in our
