This is a field-based sales position focused on actively developing new business . The ideal candidate will be comfortable approaching potential customers, visiting commercial properties and residential neighborhoods, introducing our company, identifying landscaping needs, and creating new sales opportunities. This is not a lead-based sales position. The representative will be responsible for actively prospecting and developing their own opportunities through in-person outreach and local market prospecting.

Responsibilities include:

Prospect for new commercial and residential landscaping customers Visit commercial properties, businesses, HOAs, property management offices, and residential neighborhoods Introduce Greener Pastures and our landscaping and maintenance services Identify properties that may benefit from our services Build relationships with property managers, business owners, HOA representatives, and homeowners Collect prospect information and maintain organized follow-up Follow up with potential customers and help move opportunities through the sales process Coordinate with management when an estimate, property evaluation, or additional information is needed Represent Greener Pastures professionally while working in the field Consistently develop new sales opportunities within assigned service areas What we're looking for: Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and able to work independently Persistent and comfortable with prospecting and cold outreach Organized with prospect information and follow-up Professional appearance and attitude Sales experience is preferred Landscaping, lawn maintenance, property management, or related industry experience is a plus, but not required Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys being in the field, meeting people, building relationships, and creating business opportunities rather than waiting for leads to come in.
