WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Responding to inbound Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok leads Following up with cosmetic dental inquiries Converting leads into qualified opportunities Sending messages, making calls, and maintaining follow-up activity Working directly inside our in-office Sales Den Tracking KPIs and performance metrics Collaborating in a team-oriented sales environment ==================================================

COMPENSATION

Base Pay:

$14/hour Performance-based bonus opportunities available ==================================================

MONTHLY PERFORMANCE BONUSES

Hot Lead Bonus:

150 Hot Leads = $250 Bonus 250 Hot Leads = $500 Bonus 350 Hot Leads = $1,000 Bonus 400+ Hot Leads = $1,750 Bonus Cold →

Hot Conversion Bonus:

15% Conversion = $100 Bonus 18% Conversion = $250 Bonus 20% Conversion = $500

Bonus Sales Den Revenue Bonus:

SDRs may qualify for an additional monthly bonus when team revenue goals are achieved. ==================================================

Speed-To-Lead Bonus:
