Bilingual Sales Associate / Painting Consultant Full-Time | Commission-Based |

We are looking for an experienced, fully bilingual Sales Associate / Painting Consultant who understands the residential painting industry and enjoys helping customers make informed decisions. What You'll Do Sales and Customer Relationships Meet with residential customers to evaluate their painting needs. Prepare accurate, professional proposals that clearly define the scope of work and customer expectations. Present solutions using a consultative, customer-focused sales approach. Schedule design consultations and follow-up meetings as appropriate. Follow up consistently, close contracts, and complete all required documentation. Develop lasting customer relationships that generate repeat business and referrals. Project Coordination and Customer Experience Conduct thorough handoffs of sold projects to the assigned production team or crew foreman. Communicate customer preferences, scheduling requirements, and project-specific needs. Set clear expectations and ensure customers understand the production process. Maintain communication with customers before, during, and after each project. Help resolve concerns promptly and professionally while protecting the customer experience. Confirm satisfaction after completion and identify opportunities for reviews and referrals. Territory Development and Marketing Prepare and execute a monthly Territory Marketing Plan. Support neighborhood marketing efforts, including the distribution of lawn signs and door hangers. Represent the company at home shows and other company-sponsored events. Help identify and recruit qualified painting crews as sales volume grows. Administration and Professional Development Maintain accurate lead profiles, job profiles, proposals, notes, and other information in the company database. Complete reports and administrative requirements accurately and on time. Participate in company meetings, training programs, conferences, and continuing education. Continuously strengthen your sales, estimating, communication, and leadership skills. What We're Looking For The successful candidate will be outgoing, organized, dependable, and motivated by results. You should be an excellent listener who can build trust, communicate value, and confidently guide customers through the decision-making process. Mandatory Qualifications Fully bilingual in English and Spanish. At least five years of experience in the residential and/or commercial painting industry. Valid, unrestricted driver's license and a clean driving record. High school diploma or equivalent. Additional Qualifications Strong sales, communication, and interpersonal skills. Exceptional customer-service skills and a professional presence. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong computer and internet skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Positive attitude, high energy, and a collaborative approach. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
