We are looking specifically for a sales professional with at least 5 years of direct experience in the water filtration/water treatment industry who understands residential water treatment systems both (city & well water), customer water concerns, ability to explain and demonstrate water tests, and how to professionally evaluate customer needs and recommend the appropriate solution. What We're Looking For Minimum 5 years of water filtration/water treatment sales experience Strong knowledge of residential water filtration and treatment systems Experience selling whole-home filtration systems, water softeners, carbon tanks, reverse osmosis systems, and related equipment Ability to confidently meet with homeowners, identify their needs, explain system options, and close sales Excellent communication, presentation, and follow-up skills Professional appearance and customer-first attitude Strong organizational and time-management skills Professional references required Valid driver's license required Must have reliable personal transportation Ability to travel to customer appointments throughout the areas we service This is a commission-only position with opportunities to earn through both company-provided leads and your own prospecting efforts. Compensation We offer a very generous, performance-driven compensation package designed to reward experienced sales professionals. For the right candidate, this position offers significant earning potential with no artificial ceiling on performance.
