Representative? Engage business clients, identify connectivity needs, and recommend AT&T wireless, fiber, and enterprise solutions that support growth and efficiency. Present product features with clarity, emphasizing reliability, scalability, and cost-efficiency across diverse business setups. Build tailored proposals and guide clients through enrollments, bundling, and upgrades using AT&T-approved workflows and tools. Maintain CRM records of service history, account status, and client interactions to support compliance, forecasting, and campaign momentum. Resolve billing questions, service inquiries, and technical concerns with urgency and professionalism, ensuring smooth client experiences. Collaborate with internal teams to uphold AT&T Business brand standards, execute campaign goals, and maintain a clean, well-merchandised space. What Do I Need to Bring to the Table as an
AT&T B2B
Representative? A high school diploma or GED is preferred; coursework in business, marketing, or communications is preferred. Experience in B2B sales, retail outreach, or client engagement—especially in telecom, tech, or service-driven industries—is a strong advantage.
