We are currently hiring a motivated and driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will begin at the entry level, learning the foundation of our business, AT&T wireless products and services, customer enrollment processes, and proven sales strategies. This position is designed for individuals who are eager to grow into leadership opportunities while gaining hands-on experience in wireless sales, customer engagement, and team development. Sales Representative Responsibilities Lead and support a team of wireless sales representatives during daily customer interactions and enrollment activities Engage directly with customers in-person to educate them on AT&T wireless plans, devices, internet services, and promotional offers Assist with the daily sales and enrollment process while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a seamless customer experience Utilize company sales systems and tools to complete wireless enrollments and process customer accounts Develop leadership skills by coaching team members on communication, customer service, and product knowledge Address customer questions and concerns professionally while providing personalized solutions Monitor sales activity and help maintain company performance and service standards Stay up to date on AT&T products, promotions, and service offerings to confidently support customers and team members Troubleshoot minor enrollment or service-related issues and follow through to resolution Build lasting customer relationships through professionalism, integrity, and exceptional support Sales Representative Qualifications Previous experience in wireless sales, retail sales, customer service, or customer enrollment is preferred Leadership experience or the ability to motivate and support a team in a fast-paced environment Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Professional demeanor with a strong focus on customer experience and service standards Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively Goal-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic and willingness to grow Comfortable working in a customer-facing sales environment Reliable transportation to commute is a plus If you are ambitious, customer-focused, and ready to grow your career with an authorized AT&T dealer, we encourage you to apply today!
