About the Position Double Green Wholesale is an established produce importer, grower, and wholesale distributor. We are looking for a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Customer Service & Order Entry Representative to join our team. This position combines customer service, order entry, account management, and sales support . This is not a traditional commission-driven sales position. A large part of the job involves communicating with existing customers, sending daily pricing and product availability, receiving customer orders, and accurately entering those orders into our computer system. You will be responsible for taking care of a group of established customers and making sure they receive fast, accurate, and dependable service. What You'll Do Receive customer orders by phone, text, email, and other communication channels Enter customer orders accurately and efficiently into our computer system Manage and service a group of existing customer accounts Send customers current pricing and product availability Follow up with customers regarding their orders Stay familiar with products that are available, limited, or out of stock Inform customers promptly when an item is unavailable so they have time to make other arrangements Suggest available products and offer competitive pricing when appropriate Communicate with purchasing and warehouse staff regarding customer orders Check orders carefully to help prevent mistakes, missed items, and incorrect quantities Respond quickly and professionally to customer questions and problems Build strong, long-term relationships by providing reliable and consistent customer service Help develop additional sales with existing and new customers when opportunities arise What We're Looking For Accuracy and organization are extremely important for this position.

The ideal candidate should:

Be comfortable with frequent computer work and order entry Be able to enter information quickly and accurately Have strong attention to detail Be organized and able to manage multiple customer accounts and orders Be dependable and responsible Respond to customers promptly Have strong customer-service and communication skills Be comfortable communicating by phone, text, and email Be able to learn product names, pricing, inventory, and availability Work well in a fast-paced wholesale environment Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred Previous customer service, order entry, inside sales, sales support, wholesale, distribution, or office experience is preferred Produce or food-distribution experience is a plus, but not required Traditional outside sales experience is not required. We are more interested in someone who is organized, accurate, good with computers, dependable, and provides excellent customer service.

Compensation Starting salary:

$1,200 per week Salary may be reviewed based on experience and job performance. Employees may also be eligible for a year-end company performance bonus. This is a base-salary position and does not include individual sales commission. Work Location Homestead, Florida — 100%

ON-SITE / IN-PERSON

Pay:

$1,200.00 - $1,500.00 per week
