You'll start in the field generating homeowner appointments while learning the home-improvement business. As you develop and complete training, you'll have the opportunity to run and close your own in-home consultations. What You Get $18/hour + commission Two weeks of paid training Commission on projects you generate Opportunity to earn higher commissions as you progress into your own in-home consultations Company tablet, training, systems, and field support Paid personal days and company holidays after 90 days What You'll Do Speak directly with homeowners Generate qualified appointments Work assigned South Florida neighborhoods Learn our products and consultation process Develop toward running your own in-home consultations We work across impact windows & doors, roofing, shutters, garage doors, HVAC, and other home-improvement categories. Who We're Looking For You don't need years of sales experience. We're looking for people who are: Comfortable talking to people face-to-face Comfortable knocking doors and working in the field Competitive, coachable, and reliable Motivated by performance Interested in building a career in home-improvement sales Sales, canvassing, hospitality, retail, customer service, or other people-facing experience is a plus. Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and a smartphone are required.
