Outside Sales Professional We are seeking motivated, full-time Sales Professionals who are looking for both personal and professional growth within a dynamic and team-oriented environment. Our organization specializes in the design, manufacturing, installation, and service of custom shade structures and shade sails for municipal, institutional, and commercial clients. Responsibilities Generate new business opportunities and develop strong client relationships Exceed monthly sales goals and performance expectations Prospect, network, and expand existing accounts Manage leads and sales opportunities from initial contact through closing Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project success and customer satisfaction Maintain strong communication with clients throughout the sales process Qualifications & Skills 5+ years of outside sales experience Knowledge of the park and playground industry preferred Strong understanding of small business operations and customer needs Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage deadlines and work independently Positive attitude with a team-first mentality Construction industry experience is a plus Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Bachelor's degree preferred About the Role We are a full-service manufacturer and contractor specializing in custom shade structures and shade sails. Our team manages all aspects of design, manufacturing, installation, maintenance, repair, and replacement from our South Florida facility. This position offers the opportunity to work on impactful commercial and municipal projects while growing within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Pay:

$60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
