Job Overview Andoba Trucking is actively seeking an experienced and highly motivated Freight Broker to join our growing logistics operation. We are looking for professionals who understand the transportation industry, know how to build relationships, move freight, negotiate rates, and develop long-term business with shippers and carriers. The ideal candidate must have experience in freight brokerage, customer acquisition, carrier coordination, and load management. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with shippers, carriers, and customers Generate new business and help grow the company's customer base Negotiate freight rates with customers and carriers Coordinate freight movement and ensure on-time deliveries Manage daily freight operations and load execution Build long-term customer relationships Work with carriers to ensure service quality and operational efficiency Solve problems quickly and maintain strong communication with customers and drivers Identify new freight opportunities and lanes Work closely with dispatch and operations teams Requirements Previous freight broker or logistics sales experience required Experience in Dry Van, Reefer, and Flatbed freight preferred Strong negotiation and communication skills Ability to generate and manage customer relationships Existing shipper contacts or book of business is a major plus Fluent in English and Spanish preferred Highly motivated and sales-driven personality Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Organized, professional, and goal-oriented Knowledge of DAT, TruckStop, and freight market pricing What We Offer Competitive compensation structure Performance-based bonuses and commission opportunities Strong growth opportunity within the company Professional and serious work environment Long-term opportunity with an expanding logistics operation Supportive team focused on results and growth Opportunity to help build and grow major customer relationships High earning potential for strong performers

Pay:
