Foundation Professionals of Florida (FPI) is looking for a motivated, professional sales consultant to join our growing team. This is not a cold-calling position . We provide qualified leads from homeowners and property owners who have contacted FPI because they need help with foundation problems, concrete settlement, soil stabilization, seawalls, waterproofing, sinkhole-related issues, and other property concerns. As a Foundation Repair Sales Consultant, you'll meet with customers at their property, evaluate their concerns, recommend the appropriate FPI solution, prepare and present an accurate proposal, and guide them through the decision-making process. What You'll Do Meet with company-provided leads throughout your assigned Florida territory Perform on-site evaluations and document property conditions Take measurements, photos, videos, elevations, and other required job information Recommend appropriate repair solutions Prepare and present accurate proposals Explain scope, pricing, warranties, financing options, and next steps Follow up consistently with open proposals and ask for the sale Maintain accurate customer and opportunity information in our CRM Work closely with Production to ensure jobs are quoted correctly and handed off with complete information Participate in ongoing sales and technical training What We're Looking For Previous sales experience required In-home sales, construction, foundation repair, home improvement, or related experience preferred Strong communication and follow-up skills Comfortable discussing pricing, overcoming objections, and asking for the sale Ability to learn technical repair solutions and explain them clearly to customers Organized and comfortable using CRM software, email, mobile devices, photos, and digital proposals Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Ability to travel throughout an assigned Florida territory Compensation & Benefits Base salary + commission Strong earning potential Company-provided qualified leads Company vehicle Paid training Healthcare benefits 401(k) About Foundation Professionals of Florida Foundation Professionals of Florida provides foundation repair, concrete lifting, soil stabilization, seawall repair, waterproofing, sinkhole remediation, and related specialty contracting services throughout Florida. Pay:

$60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
