Working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations, you will engage warm leads, qualify opportunities, and help build the pipeline that drives revenue growth. What you'll be doing: Connect with prospective customers through warm leads generated from inbound calls and marketing campaigns. Prospect, qualify, and engage potential customers to identify business needs and opportunities. Guide qualified prospects through the early stages of the sales process. Process lead lists and manage opportunities through the Staples sales funnel. Conduct prospect research using LinkedIn and internal databases. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams. Utilize Salesforce and CRM tools to track customer interactions. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly SQL conversion goals. Apply sales techniques to overcome objections. Basic Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED. 1+ years of blended customer service and sales experience in a call center environment. What's needed -
