Welding/ Fabrication Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Welding Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience or knowledge in welding, fabrication, roofing materials, blueprint reading and 100% confident building relationships with customers while helping grow sales. This position involves assisting customers with welding products and services, roofing-related materials, generating new business opportunities, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Responsibilities Promote and sell welding products, fabrication services, and roofing materials Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers Generate leads through phone calls, networking, and in-person visits Read and interpret blueprints, measurements, and project specifications Prepare estimates, quotes, and follow up on customer inquiries Work closely with welders, fabricators, contractors, and management to meet customer needs Maintain knowledge of welding supplies, roofing systems, trailer repair services, and fabrication solutions Meet sales goals and performance expectations Provide excellent customer service and technical support Qualifications Previous sales experience preferred Knowledge of welding, fabrication, roofing materials, or construction industry products Ability to read and understand blueprints and job specifications Strong communication and customer service skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic computer and organizational skills Valid driver's license preferred Company Vehicle and gas card.
