• 70,000 USD + performance bonus effiQueenc is a Canadian HVAC manufacturer and hydronics company expanding into the U.

S. market. As part of the opening of our Florida operation, we're looking for someone with real experience in HVAC, hydronics and plumbing to join our team in the Tampa Bay area. This role is a mix of inside sales, counter sales and technical support . We're looking for someone who is comfortable talking with contractors, understanding what they need, preparing quotes and helping them find the right equipment or components. You don't need to know every product on day one, but you do need to understand the industry and be comfortable with technical conversations. What you'll be doing Working directly with HVAC, plumbing and mechanical contractors Answering customer questions by phone, email and at the counter Preparing quotes and following up with customers Helping with product and equipment selections Supporting customers with hydronic heating and cooling applications Working with pumps, valves, piping, controls, heat exchangers, buffer tanks and related products Processing orders and coordinating with purchasing and logistics Following up on deliveries, backorders and special orders Building relationships with local contractors and customers Supporting our outside sales team and our Canadian technical team Helping us grow the effiQueenc business in Florida What we're looking for 3-5 years of experience in HVAC, plumbing, hydronics, mechanical distribution, counter sales or inside sales Good understanding of HVAC and hydronic systems Comfortable working with contractors and technical customers Experience preparing quotes and handling customer requests Good communication and customer-service skills Organized, reliable and able to work independently Comfortable using computers, quoting software and CRM/ERP systems Fluent English required Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Nice to have Experience with commercial HVAC equipment Knowledge of heat pumps, chillers and hydronic systems Experience working for an HVAC or plumbing distributor Existing contractor relationships in the Tampa Bay area French is a strong asset , especially for communication with our Canadian team Why join us?
