$20 - $25 per hourWeekly Sales Incentive:
10% of sales generated up to $500 per account paid weekly. Car and gas are provided for customer visits. About Rite Wrench Rite Wrench is a fast-growing mobile maintenance and repair company specializing in trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment. We don't wait for customers to come to us; we take the shop to them. Our mission is to keep South Florida's fleets ready, reliable, and safe. We are looking for a high-energy Outside Sales Representative to join our team and drive our expansion. The Role This is not a "behind a desk" job. You are a hunter. You will be on the road daily, visiting industrial parks, warehouses, and logistics hubs. Your goal is to identify businesses that rely on trucks, trailers, forklifts, and heavy equipment and prove why Rite Wrench is the dependable partner they've been missing.Core Responsibilities High-Volume Prospecting:
Execute a minimum of 10 in-person "cold visits" per day to prospective fleet owners and maintenance managers.Lead Generation:
Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and geographic "door-knocking."Pipeline Management:
Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to first service order using our CRM/tracking tools.Relationship Building:
Develop long-term partnerships with fleet managers to ensure Rite Wrench is their first call for PMs and emergency repairs.Market Intelligence:
Stay updated on South Florida market trends and competitor activity.Requirements Proven Sales Background:
At least 2+ years of experience in B2B sales (industrial, automotive, construction, or logistics experience is a major plus). The "Hustle"Mentality:
You must be comfortable cold-visiting businesses and handling rejection with a proactive attitude. Bilingual (English/Spanish): Strongly preferred given the Southeast Florida market.Tech Savvy:
