RoMac Building Supply, Inc. in Leesburg, Florida is hiring an Inside Sales Coordinator. We are looking for someone to assist the Outside Salesmen in their customer service activities. This includes creating estimates from quotations provided by OSR, sourcing product needed to to fulfill job requirements, taking customer and vendor phone calls and responding quickly and efficiently. The coordinator is responsible for the accurate invoicing of materials. The ideal candidate is someone who is enthusiastic, a team player, with great customer service skills. Product knowledge is a plus. Job Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills related to the lumber and building supply industry Building material experience preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent data entry skills and accuracy Proficiency using a computer Strong problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Ability to work well independently and as part of a team Ability to show up regularly and on time Valid driver's license with a clean driving record RoMac Building Supply offers a competitive base salary and benefits, including health insurance, disability insurance, vacation and 401(k).
