About Us Medley Steel and Supply is a family-established steel service center and light fabrication shop in Medley, Florida. We supply structural steel products to industrial customers, manufacturers, and builders throughout South Florida and the Caribbean. The Role We are looking for a motivated entry-level Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. You will be the point of contact for customers looking for structural steel, handling incoming calls, preparing quotes, supporting existing accounts, and helping us find new business. No steel experience is required. We will train you on our products, pricing, and processes. Responsibilities Answer incoming customer calls and emails promptly and professionally Prepare accurate quotes for material requests, including product, size, quantity, and pricing Follow up on quotes to secure orders Maintain relationships with existing customers and keep their orders on track Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and prospective accounts Coordinate with the warehouse and fabrication teams on order status, availability, and delivery Enter and maintain accurate customer and order information in our systems Learn our structural steel products, including beams, channel, angle, plate, tube, and related items Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; college is a plus Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable using email, Microsoft Office, and general computer software Attention to detail, especially with numbers and specifications Ability to multitask and manage a steady flow of calls and requests Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required Schedule and Work Environment Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM Primarily a desk-based position, with occasional walks through the warehouse to check material. No heavy lifting required.
