Job Description

Job Overview The Sales Account Manager is responsible for various tasks to support the sales department and its goals. This position can be very stressful and demanding during critical orders, AOGs or various other instances. The ability to maneuver through our QAV system and understand the full cycle of aviation sales with precision is imperative.
Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Reviewing trace packages and uploading as needed to QAV system
  • Cold calling for pricing and data
  • Emailing with proper etiquette and techniques to assure you are accurate and concise in your delivery.
  • Quote off of Aeroxchange, ILS, and various other sites as needed.
  • Work with the sales team on any requirements such as stock review, vendor quote and sourcing.
  • Communicate and share with entire sales and marketing team to ensure the achievement of sales objectives, provide customer-driven product improvement ideas, and communicate customer engagement opportunities.
  • Develop your own pipeline by prospecting high-value target sales accounts.
  • Adjust and add information as needed into our QAV system.
  • Aid in organizing inventory & sales dept as needed to help maintain 6S aspects
  • Drive sales through modern sales techniques combining phone, email, and social selling.
  • Brokering experience preferred
  • Quote AOG calls, ensure entire sales/shipping process is completed.
  • Identify and clean up as necessary QAVW inventory to ensure accuracy.
  • Open to travel to conferences and customers and needed.
Key Skills Required:

  • Able to read and understand trace a must
  • Efficient in Excel & Word
  • Computer data entry experience
Bilingual:
English & Spanish (additional welcomed)

  • Able to attend events and travel as needed
  • Able to lift at least 55lbs Experience Previous experience in sales in Aviation/Aerospace/MRO industry.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools, such as Quick Aviation A proactive attitude with a desire to learn and grow within the sales field This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about helping customers succeed while developing their sales expertise in a supportive setting.
Pay:
From $60,000.00 per year
