We supply scientific instrumentation to academic and clinical research institutions across North America and Europe, supporting researchers advancing diabetes and cell-based therapy science. About the Role Biorep Technologies is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support our existing customer pipeline across order processing, service coordination, and account management. This role is central to ensuring a smooth, responsive experience for our academic and clinical research customers throughout the lifecycle of their relationship with Biorep, from purchase order through service and support. This is not a net-new business development role. The focus is on maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing accounts by managing orders accurately, keeping CRM data current, and resolving customer issues promptly. Key Responsibilities Order & Purchase Order Management Process incoming purchase orders (including service POs) and online orders accurately and in a timely manner Create and manage sales orders and order confirmations in the ERP system, ensuring accuracy of pricing, quantities, and order details Generate and process pick tickets in the ERP system to support warehouse fulfillment Track order status and coordinate with internal teams (operations, service, shipping) to ensure on-time fulfillment Maintain accurate records of order history for each account Create service contracts when customers purchase Annual Maintenance Plans (AMPs) Post parts used against each service order once service is complete Customer Service & Account Management Answer customer questions regarding inventory availability, order status, shipping, and ordering processes Respond to customer inquiries and route complex requests to the appropriate departments Process diabetes service orders, technology-related orders, and applicable capital equipment orders Support portal account creation and registration Provide backup support for quotation preparation Update the Diabetes Service Tracker with trip details and assign a Project # once a service PO is received Triage and route complaints to the appropriate internal team when escalation is needed Follow up with customers to confirm resolution and satisfaction CRM & Data Administration Keep customer and account records in the CRM (Salesforce) and ERP (IQMS) accurate and up to date Support sales and management with pipeline visibility by maintaining clean, reliable data Support business process improvements and cross-functional initiatives Qualifications 2+ years of experience in a customer service, sales support, or order administration role (life sciences, medical device, or scientific equipment industry preferred) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; comfortable managing multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) preferred Hands-on experience with ERP systems for sales order entry and pick ticket/fulfillment processing preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English required Ability to handle customer complaints with professionalism and follow-through Proficiency with standard office software (Microsoft Office Suite) What Success Looks Like Purchase orders and online orders are processed accurately with minimal delay CRM data is reliable and reflects current account status Customers receive timely, proactive outreach about orders Complaints are resolved efficiently, with a clear paper trail and follow-up Sales and service teams have the administrative support they need to focus on their core work
Pay:
