SUMMARY:

The sales representative provides sole support to sales team by performing several administrative tasks. This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare quotes and contracts for potential customers.
• Maintains all quote documentation with accurate pricing and specifications.
• Provides timely responses to sales leads.
• Develops and delivers sales presentations in a professional and effective manner.
• Reviews site inspections to make sure customers can properly place their building on their property.
• Coordinates customer deliveries with the local delivery crew.
• Receives payment from the customer via cash, check or credit card.
• Make daily bank deposits.
• Must maintain office clean and organized
• Responsible for opening and closing the lot based on company standards.
• Walk with customers around the lot and show them different building styles for potential sales.
• Must be able to comply with the hours of operations of the office: o Monday-Friday 9am-5pm-Saturday 9am-4pm Hours depend on location needs and schedule coverage for our Central Florida lots. Education and Experience
• High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
• 5 years of sales experience Qualifications/Knowledge

• Great Communication and Customer Service Skills
• Must be able to travel to our Central FL lots for coverage Work Environment
• This position operates in a professional office environment.
• This role routinely involves standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Physical Requirements
• This is mostly a sedentary role.
• Ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.
• Requires frequent walking to the lot
• Must be able to work in an inside-office environment.
