+ Hands-On Automotive Technology We are expanding our automotive key services in the Orlando area and are looking for an outgoing, dependable Car Key Sales Technicians to join our team. This is a unique retail position that combines customer service and sales with hands-on automotive key technology . You'll work directly with customers, introduce them to our automotive key and key fob services, and learn how to cut and program keys using specialized equipment. No locksmith or automotive key experience is required. We provide paid training. What You'll Be Doing This is a customer-facing role, so a big part of your day will be talking with people.

You'll:

Proactively greet and engage customers Explain our automotive key and key fob services Help customers identify the right key or remote for their vehicle Generate sales through strong customer interaction and product knowledge Learn to cut, duplicate and program automotive keys, key fobs and remotes Operate specialized key-cutting and programming equipment Process customer transactions Maintain inventory, equipment and an organized work area Build product knowledge through ongoing training Work toward additional responsibility and leadership opportunities as the market grows Who We're Looking For You don't need to be a mechanic or locksmith. We're looking for someone who is: Friendly, outgoing and comfortable starting conversations Confident approaching and engaging customers Motivated by sales goals and performance incentives Dependable and coachable Comfortable learning new technology and equipment Able to work independently and stay productive Available to work weekends Interested in learning a specialized automotive skill Experience in retail sales, customer service, hospitality, wireless sales, automotive sales or other customer-facing positions can be a great fit for this role. Requirements Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Weekend availability Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to stand and remain active throughout the workday Ability to learn and safely operate key-cutting and programming equipment Pay & Training Weekly pay Additional commission and performance bonus opportunities Paid training Ongoing coaching and development Opportunities for advancement as the market grows.
