$80,000-$250,000+ per year About Us Safe and Sound Construction and Roofing is a growing, locally operated roofing and exterior construction company serving homeowners throughout Florida. We specialize in residential roofing, including both retail and insurance-related projects , while also offering siding and window replacement services. We are looking for motivated, professional Roofing Sales Representatives to join our growing team. This is a 1099 independent contractor, 100% commission-based sales opportunity focused on developing new business, inspecting roofs, building relationships with homeowners, and guiding customers through the roofing process from initial inspection through project completion. Roofing or construction sales experience is preferred, but we are also interested in strong salespeople who are motivated to learn the industry and build a successful career in exterior sales. What You'll Do Generate new business through canvassing, referrals, networking, company-provided opportunities, and other prospecting efforts Perform roof inspections and document findings with photos and detailed notes Meet with homeowners to discuss roof conditions, recommended solutions, and available options Sell retail and insurance-related roofing projects, with additional opportunities to sell siding and windows Assist customers with the contractor-related portions of the insurance claim process while following Florida laws and company guidelines Prepare and present proposals and contracts and maintain accurate information in our CRM Communicate with homeowners throughout the entire process to ensure a positive customer experience and satisfaction Develop referral opportunities and maintain relationships with past customers Meet individual sales and performance goals What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is self-motivated, personable, competitive, and comfortable developing new business while managing customers throughout the sales process. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable prospecting and speaking with homeowners face-to-face Motivated by sales goals and uncapped earning potential Able to work independently and manage a sales pipeline Organized with strong follow-up skills Comfortable inspecting residential roofs Willing to learn roofing systems, storm damage identification, estimating, and the insurance restoration process Professional appearance and attitude Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Roofing, construction, home improvement, outside sales, or insurance restoration experience is a plus. Compensation & Opportunity 100% commission-based compensation Expected earning potential of $80,000-$250,000+ annually Uncapped earning potential based on individual sales production Company-provided leads and sales opportunities available based on performance Ability to generate additional income through siding and window sales 1099 independent contractor position Actual earnings will vary based on individual sales production and performance.
