Nearly every customer we've ever had came from someone knocking on their door. We're hiring two part-time reps to knock doors, talk to homeowners, and book window cleaning jobs. You sell the job. Our crew does the cleaning. What you'll do Knock doors in assigned neighborhoods, 3 hours a day, Monday to Friday Give a short pitch, quote on the spot, and book the job Offer maintenance contracts to homeowners who want their windows kept clean year-round Collect a deposit or confirm the booking before you leave the door Log every door and every sale at the end of each shift What you get 15% commission on every job you sell , with no cap. The average cleaning is about $250 (about $37 to you). Maintenance contracts run $600-1,200 ($90-180 to you per contract). Guaranteed minimum of $15/hour Paid every two weeks Training provided A proven script, pricing sheet, and objection handling guide Afternoon shifts. You can keep school or another job. Schedule Monday to Friday, 3 hours a day, 3 PM - 6 PM. That's when homeowners are home. Requirements No sales experience required.
