Set schedule assigned within our hours of operation (Monday-Friday 9:30 AM-7:00 PM, Saturday 9:15 AM-4:00 PM); 30-40 hours/week. Your permanent full-time schedule will be set during training. Cryogenix Rejuvenation and Recovery is a veteran-owned wellness studio in Palm Harbor dedicated to helping clients look, feel, and perform their best. We offer full body cryotherapy, red light therapy, Aspen Laser therapy, cryo facials, infrared sauna, lipo lasers, and hyperbaric oxygen therapy. We are growing and looking for the right person to grow with us. About the Role We are hiring a Wellness Sales Consultant who is outgoing, energetic, and genuinely cares about the health and wellbeing of others. This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you will be running treatments and building relationships, not just booking appointments. Every client should feel like the star of their visit. You will start with a comprehensive minimum 3-month paid certification program where you learn to safely administer every service we offer. Once certified and demonstrating sales success, you move onto commission on top of your hourly pay. What You Will Do Administer full body cryotherapy, red light therapy, Aspen Laser therapy, cryo facials, infrared sauna, lipo laser, and HBOT sessions, and other services as our business grows. Educate clients on treatments and recommend the right services for their goals. Build genuine client relationships and make every visit feel personal. Meet and exceed sales goals once trained and certified. Support daily studio operations and bring energy and a team-first attitude every day. What We Are Looking For Background in wellness, medical, or spa services preferred but not required. Outgoing, personable, and comfortable talking with new people. Thrives in a fast-paced environment. Naturally caring - you want to see people feel better, not just make a sale. Strong work ethic and coachable during training. Reliable, professional, and a true team player. Available full-time 30 to 40 hours per week within our hours of operation. Pay and Growth $16 per hour during the minimum 3-month certification period.
