Route Sales Representative compensation: This is a 100% Commission based position with draw based on territory. First 8-9 weeks of training will be hourly @$18 an hour. After the training period you will start receiving a draw against commission based upon territory. Reps in the PCB territory make between $42,000-$90,000+ a year.

Ensure proper product placements, maintenance, and brand compliance
