We're looking for 2 highly motivated Luxury Backyard Consultants to join our growing team over the next 30 days. You don't need to be an experienced pool designer—we'll teach you everything you need to know. Responsibilities Meet with homeowners interested in building luxury pools and outdoor living spaces. Conduct in-home consultations and showroom design presentations. Help clients design their dream backyard. Build relationships based on trust and professionalism. Follow our proven sales process. Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first meeting through signed contract. Experience We're less concerned about your resume than your personality. The people who excel in this role often come from backgrounds like: Bartending Restaurant servers Hospitality Luxury retail Car sales Home improvement sales Real estate Construction Landscape design Pool construction Pool sales Compensation This is a Commission Only opportunity - you are expected to sell a minimum of 2 pools per month. Expected commission with minimum performance is over $8,000 - $10,000 per month. Our top performers earn exceptional incomes, and there is no cap on what you can make.
