We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon , you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
Compensation:
$24.00 per hour
Summary:
The Banquet Server is a key member of the banquet team and is responsible for assisting the Executive Chef and Assistant Food & Beverage Manager in the oversight of all food & beverage operations at the property. This includes assisting in the daily execution of all banquet/dining functions at the property. The Banquet Server will apply all of their experience and knowledge to assure outstanding guest service.
Qualifications, Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
Must have 1-2 years of related experience in F&B Knowledge of pertinent health regulations and liquor laws Must have food and beverage/ a la carte and banquet experience Must be highly organized, efficient and detail-oriented Must have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Must have strong service orientation Must be available nights & weekends
Responsibilities:
Perform the correct policies and procedures Assist with banquet set-up and breakdown of tables, decoration, equipment, serving areas and related activities in an accurate and timely manner Provide excellent food and beverage service for banquet events/a la carte dining Ensure satisfaction by communicating with the client throughout the event regarding any changes, substitutions or special requests Responsible for serving clients during events (refilling drinks, delivering food, bussing tables, etc.) Perform other duties assigned by manager or supervisor
